• All group meals must be pre-booked and paid for at least 5 days prior to date of travel.

• Group meals chosen from Le Relais and La Brasserie menus can only be booked for groups comprising a minimum of 12 people.

• CBM menu prices shown are valid for groups comprising a minimum of 100 people.

•The same menu must be taken by the entire group (exceptions are permissible to accommodate special individual dietary requirements.

• Prices for groups of less than 100 people are available on request.

• Subject to availability, private facilities can be provided for groups of 150 people or more.

• Meal vouchers will be issued at the port on the day of travel.

•The group leader or courier should contact the “Maître d’Hôtel” via the Information Desk immediately upon boarding the ship to confirm the seating arrangements.

• Unused meal vouchers are non-refundable • Prices are per person.

• Service is included.

• For coach drivers, special price meals are available onboard in our exclusive drivers’ restaurant.

• In the case of cancellation within 48 hours of scheduled departure, the full cost of all pre-booked group meals will be payable.

• Children’s menus– available for those under 12 years of age.

• Teenager’s menus - available for thoise between 12-18 years of age.
